– ITALY AND EUROPE

Ordinary shipments are free for orders over €70 which must be delivered in Italy and Europe. 

Per ordini inferiori a €70 le spese di spedizione sono le seguenti:
– Standard Italy: €6
– Standard Europe : €10
– Express Europe: €24
– North America: €38
– Australia: €63

The delivery of the goods will take place to the Customers, at the address specified at the time of the order,by trusted couriers and/or shippers that the supplier will carry out within 2/4 days of accepting the order, for the products indicated as immediately available, and within 15 working days in case of goods not immediately available.

Express delivery times, both in Italy and in Europe, are 24/48 working hours, barring unforeseen circumstances from the courier.

– EXTRA UE

The cost of shipping to countries outside the EU is 40€.

Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and taxes which will be charged to the recipient.

For non-EU countries, the times are to be considered longer based on the country of delivery. 

Ordinary delivery times in non-EU countries are estimated at 2/5 working days (excluding the time required to complete customs formalities).

*We remind you that for all destinations delivery times may be delayed in the event of public holidays and that the carriers do not deliver on weekends and public holidays.

The sales contract is finalized with the delivery of the goods by the supplier to the courier. For this reason, the supplier will not be liable in the event of failed or delayed delivery or of damage, loss or total or partial loss of the goods themselves.
